A dedicated servo controller featuring a high-speed CPU has been introduced, enabling advanced load control, speed control, and positioning control with simple operation in a hydraulic servo system.

We have completed the advanced energy-saving intelligent hydraulic control unit "Atsukan Servo/PQCS2 Series," which combines a direct drive hydraulic servo with excellent economic efficiency and a cylinder equipped with load and length measurement sensors, in an environment without control valves and piping. The data from the built-in position sensor and load sensor in the cylinder enables arbitrary load and positioning control. (The cylinder with load sensor has been patented in the United States, Japan, and eight European countries.) Positioning accuracy: ±0.02mm Load accuracy: ±3% High thrust with continuous holding capability.
